PolandI experienced the most ridiculous corporate service of my life with this company. The company operates with insufficient staff. They cannot keep up with customers. When they cannot complete a simple policy extension within two working days, they respond by saying that things move slowly in Germany and you should be prepared for it to take two to three weeks. For the first time in the past decade, I have encountered such a delay with the travel health insurance I have repeatedly purchased in four different countries.
