This is where I really don't know what to say. So here go's. Hannah Is great, She's the one who monitors my vitals while I exercise. I Have no problems talking to her about any issues that might come up. And when she won't be attending a session the others who would be there are always nice!

Courtney is a gem to work with the program is made so you build lung power through exercise I enjoy it I'm feeling my body respond to the work outs I can feel my breathing getting stronger I am telling everyone to try it
