If there was an option give them 0. Ordered my freeze and freezer, clearly mention I live in flat. On the delivery day their driver comes with produce and said they can’t deliver it upstairs. The driver said he can’t carry more than 5Kilo but his truck is full of heavy appliances. Anyway he said his manager will call and rearrange the delivery. I was waiting 3 days and no one called even to say sorry. so cancel my orders and brought it from other places which is less expensive than them for the same product and delivered to my kitchen upstairs with no issues. so who lives in flat or maisonette please confirm before ordering something from them
Bought a candy dishwasher from AO at the beginning of May. It has had issues with warning lights from the outset. First 2 engineers only wanted to reset the electronics. It failed 20 minutes after the second engineer left. The third chap actually had a look inside, probably because it was on its third strike and if it failed again should be replaced. He found that a part had failed and needed to be ordered it should take week or so he said. 2 weeks later no one knows when this part will arrive, if ever. All I can say is do not buy a hoover-candy appliance, absolute rubbish.
I had a service engineer from Candy, CHARLOTTE, call today. She was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Sorted the problem within minutes but gave her time to explain differences between programmes which I didn't even know about. Well done Charlotte.
We bought new appliances for our new apartment from Candy. Induction top turns out to be DOA. They send a technician who has no idea what he's talking about but in turns insults me and almost attacks me... Finally, call center and head quarter in Italy just ignore and bulls*it me me since months, practically refusing to repair under warranty... Well done Candy!
