We have recently had to return 4 units that do not even switch on ! I understand the units are refurbished, hence the much cheaper price - however I do expect the units to still work ! I will absolutely not be purchasing any computers through this company ever again !
Absolute garbage company, won't authorize my credit card, despite having more then enough credit to cover the small purchase. Customer service said, send all of your credit card information over unsecured email and I will forward it to tech support. They have known about this issue for YEARS. I have never once purchased from them, as it's just too much trouble to do so, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They have fun offering fake discounts in order to lure what they consider to be easy-to-catch retard into their nets And to screw everyone, they use google ads They place fake products at unbelievable prices so that the google ads considers it to be the best discount of the moment Whereas in reality the product is 250% 300% more expensive when the customer clicks on the fake ad, which is designed to deceive the customer in the hope that he will stay once the click is complete Instead of offering real discounts in order to attract the customer, they offer fake discounts to attract the company's weakest customers, in the hope that they won't turn around once they're in the shit No thanks, there's already enough rapacity in real life, there's no need to chase after it on the web too.
WAS LIED TO ABOUT my PC being built in 4 days were on day 8 people quitting and leaving rediculous all though the customer service was good there slowness is not especially when I have ADHD and making a promise it will be done in 4 days and it not the location I went to was Hespler road needs improvements
