United KingdomI had experienced cake box recently from South Harrow branch.The days goes by Cakebox is getting worst service. Firstly I saw a metal pin to support a ribbon on the cake. (A foreign object which would have cause a serious risk of injury if swallowed or bitten into) . No information which was passed to me when picked this birthday cake. Secondly I paid £34 and the cake was missing the bottom filling with chocolate. Cakebox are making the people fools and totally dangerous to have a metal pin onto the cake. I don’t recommend anyone Cakebox, because they look onto the speed to finish of the cake somehow and deliver. The money to give no 100% completion and dangerous to life. Very poor.
