I am very pleased with many aspects of this company. Firstly the quality of the food is excellent, second the customer service is fabulous. Anytime I have written in with questions they gladly help and so quickly. Their follow is fantastic. The new litter is actually the best I have used, it clumps very well, lasts a long time, and there are no odours and is friendly for the environment - able to be placed in the compost bin when changing the box completely. Made in France, packaging all recyclable - the entire company seems to be devoted to your cat and the planet.
