United StatesWe installed Acrovyn Rub Strips in a pediatric office we constructed. The product didn't stick to the wall. We have recently sent guys back for the fourth time to reinstall it. We have basically reinstalled the entire building. We reached out to Acrovyn about it and they did nothing. They sent us a gallon of the glue that didn't work in the first place. We've had to scrape the product clean and use a different adhesive We now use INPRO products. You can buy them without a sales rep and they work much better and cost less. We've not had any call backs from customers.

United StatesWe are a construction company and we are trying to reach out to CS to get Acrovyn products. I left 3 voicemails and they never get back to me. I try to call them every day and I am on hold and it goes to voicemails which they never look at. We ordered material for a hospital and it is being delayed by 22 days. At this time, we're just recommending alternate manufacturers. They used to be good but I am not sure whats changed.
