I bought underfloor heating and a product came up as outletvare. Although the delivery was very quick (I mean paid 200kr) I discovered the delivered product was incorrect (1m not 1.2m wide). I had bought it on the basis it was 1.2m. I sent an email to ask for my options, both of which have been ignored. It means I will have to adapt my plan for the heating or use my angrerett (that is, if they respond). Even then, I'm now wondering about whether my product is ok given the sharp practice. Pretty odd behaviour and won't get you any customers.

Where to begin🤦🏼♀️ 1. Norwegian webstore, no mention item was shipped from Sweden 2. No mention shipping would have another firm as sender. Was send Nov 12. stopped in Swedish custom Nov 13. has not moved since. Contacted nov 21, asked what was going on, they said they thought there was a issue with invoice who followed it, cause that had been a case with another customer right before me. I said but can you make sure? Yeah and the person would send me a mail, that arrived nov 24. 2 days later pkg still not moving, sendt a email, no reply. Called again nov 28. asked if they could send me a new one, and recall the first, impossible. He said, custom takes the time it takes…. I ended buying a new item from another store, had to wait forever to get thru on phone again, to say I would cancel, and wanted my money back ASAP. He said, we cannot pay before item are back in storage. This is the worst experience in my 58 year old life. This firm take absolutely no accountability for their own shortcomings, or that they are the ones that have done something wrong probably with custom documentation, so it will not be sendt out of Sweden. And the. are trying to blaime customs instead, saying they are using long time, and there are no way they can be moved. Well if you as a professional store and seller cannot send right documents, that’s what happens. This behaviour are not from someone who want the best for their customers, this is from someone who doesn’t care, or let the customer be left with the fall out.
Never understand that I have given a wrong address despite multiple reminders. Poor online setup.
Ordered shelves mid August with a 4-7 workday delivery. Received an email three days later that goods were shipped and I would soon receive a tracking link. However, all I got since then is silence... Tracking number doesn't return anything, customer service is unreachable, but cannot cancel order because "it is sent". I don't understand why they advertise with a delivery time of 4-7 workdays if they cannot keep up with that. At least they could communicate about delays, or have a customer service that can be reached. Only recommend this store if you have all time in the world for receiving your products. Edit: Interesting that I got a reply when filling out this review. Unfortunately, not with much more information ("it will be delivered soon"), and a tracking link that does not work...
