GBGBIf I could give zero stars, I would. Our company received a letter from BW Legal, so we called to clarify the issue. What we got instead was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever experienced with any organisation claiming to operate in the legal sector.The person who answered — calling herself “Maia” — was openly unpleasant from the very first sentence. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and frankly hostile. She refused to provide any information whatsoever, despite the fact that BW Legal had contacted us first. She also refused to give her surname, yet bizarrely claimed she was “the only one in the office,” which tells you everything you need to know about the level of professionalism here.Even worse, she started giving what can only be described as legal advice, while in the same breath admitting she is not qualified and works in a support role. Completely reckless behaviour. Anyone with even a basic understanding of regulatory standards knows how unacceptable that is.And then — in true BW Legal fashion — she abruptly hung up the phone. No explanation. No courtesy. Just pure rudeness. Fortunately for us, the call was recorded.If you ever come across this individual, report her to the SRA immediately. Someone who behaves like this has no business working anywhere near a regulated environment. The complete lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency is astonishing.BW Legal should be embarrassed that this is the standard of staff - called MAIA representing their name.
