Every time I try to request treatment online I spend a long time filling out the form only to be told that the Form is not Available after I press SUBMIT. This has happened several times and now I will have to contact you via phone. Not very convenient!
Perfect customer service, kind and supportive staff. Honestly it has been great experience to use Bupa as my private medical insurance in UK.
Following using Remote Blua previously I arranged another call.The nurse unfortunately could not give me a prescription for my problem due to the tablets I was already taking.She arranged for the next day a call with a Doctor the next day .He did give me a prescription which was successful in resolving my problem.He also suggested a face to face with a Doctor either with BUPA or my GP. I chose the former even though it was a cost to me.This was arranged very quickly and was worth while.
Choices of good top doctor's,but waiting time is very long .
