Great price delivery ontime
Good, products as ordered, ordinary cement substituted for different brand but not a problem. Not so good, Order fulfilment was with Jewson Farnborough. Text message to say order delivery set for the Tuesday as requested. Tuesday lunchtime, call from Jewson to say problem with sick driver ( okay) promised delivery by 12 next day. Next day, lunchtime call from Building Shop to say delivery would be now Thursday, which it was. On another good note I did receive a call for each delay. 1 star deducted for each day delay. Which seems fair enough.
