Very good if you want to try different things
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I’ve paid around 500 kr so far for my subscription, but when I paused my account for over a month, they only accepted 176 kr in pause credits. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since I didn’t use the service for more than half of that time. It seems like they’re not transparent about how their pause system works, and I’m left feeling like I’ve paid too much for a service I didn’t use. I expected the pause feature to prevent any charges during inactive periods, but instead, I still ended up paying more than I should have. To make matters worse, the customer support was incredibly dismissive. When I reached out for clarification, I was told “my colleague has explained it above” without any real effort to address my concerns. It felt like they didn’t care about helping or resolving my issue, and I was simply brushed off. The response I received was unprofessional and unhelpful. This kind of billing practice and poor customer support is incredibly frustrating. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience
