Wish I could give negative! Pure and simple, it's a scam! Sure, they make great videos but you won't find them on their websites! The website is purely to get your card details with the attitude that they can now charge you what they like, when they like (via the unscrupulous Probiller (who are likely the same company)) because you won't go to your bank because of the nature of their business. (I say this because a year ago in 2024 I had them take 2 payments of £56 for nothing, ignore my emails and then a year later take more money from my bank!!) Go to your bank, the faceless person on the fraud team is professional. They won't judge you. They may return pending funds, cancel any further transactions from this scam and fight your corner for any other moneys lost to these scammers. (people ask me why I don't get into the porn industry (I don't need to go into details), my answer is very simple... It's the people and the general scumbagery in that industry that prevents me getting into it. As good as I am, I have morals and try to be a decent person.)

They renew your subscription automatically and keep charging you. The videos you get to see as premium member are low quality. Webcam sites like SexyJM.com are better and safer to use, you know what you are paying for. I've never been overcharged there. It's a different experience when it's personalized. It was something really new and spicy for me, especially in this Lockdown time. Brazzer is dishonest site and they have no respect for their customers.

I was informed with about 5 days left I was banned for logging in from too many computers when I had only logged from 1 computer. I emailed them and was told I had to contact them by phone or online support. Each time I called I got a fast busy signal = phone not on. I tried an online chat but waited an hour each time and then they ended the chat. Now my one month subscription is over. I also had a problem logging in after a few days. The site would not recognize my username. I was told by billing company (ProBiller?) to use my email. I am considering disputing the charge for my membership with my credit card company.
Absolute dog poo of a company have a ten year plan and every few months it says I am banned after days of hassle got it sorted only for it to happen again and again ..customer services the worst on the planet if..if you can ever get hold of them truely this company is the pits borderline scammers AVOID AVOID
