USUSI was so excited to get an “extra” pair of hearing aids. Well it took forever to finally get them and after contacting them over and over they finally sent them. They lasted about a week. The left one totally died. does not work at all. They also make weird noises when wearing them. Called the company for help .. disconnected number. They certainly didn’t hesitate to take my money to give me a faulty product. I wish I knew how I can hold them accountable for failed advertising on a faulty product
