Booked flights to Australia with booking.com paid by my credit card, organised taxis to the airport and over an hour later I get a text to say my flights have been cancelled, no explanation, went to book flights with another company and my credit card won’t work because booking.com holds onto your money !! I’ve had to borrow a credit from a family member to book flights with a more reputable company, it’s men over 29 hours and the money is still not back on my card - apparently it’s going to take up to 5 days !!
Terrible experience with Booking.com! I had to cancel a trip to Miami because of floods and official weather warnings, but Booking did absolutely nothing to help. They just said “the hotel refused” and closed my case! For a company this big, it’s shocking how they ignore loyal customers (I’m Genius 2) and show zero empathy or responsibility. Be careful — if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

My experience with this property was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Awful service via booking.com. collection taxi from airport was 30minutes late and over 30minutes late when taking us back to the airport too. Kept saying on our way. Wouldnt answer calls just text. Awful communication,
