The bike arrived with scratches on the back mudguard, so I had to contact them to arrange a replacement. Guess what? The second one had the exact same issue. They refused to change it again, saying it’s just a cosmetic problem. Technically, it is — but I bought a brand new bike, and it shouldn’t arrive with scratches just because they don’t know how to protect it during delivery. How is that my fault? All they offered was the Pantone colour so I could try and fix it myself. Absolutely outrageous!

The saddle continues to loosen from the bike, and I’ve now had to fix it three times, including paying for a professional bike repair service. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Recently the saddle completely detached as I was turning in traffic, causing an accident. I have contacted the company multiple times over the past month, and their only response has been that they “can’t open” the images or videos I’ve sent — despite trying every method imaginable: direct attachments, Google Drive, WeTransfer. I’ve sent the evidence six times and still get the same dismissive response. This is not just poor customer service, it’s dangerous negligence.
