United KingdomLorraine took bloods I didn't feel a thing. I was very happy and she lovely so friendly makes u at ease. Also as my mother had alzhiemer Lorraine said about a test with the brain and other things, so I agreed and had this done. Make help for my future as I am 70. Brilliant Lorraine.
