My son received a $100 gift card from his grandparents this past Thanksgiving, and he was so excited to use it. He spent around $90 on fruits and game passes from the website bloxfruits.club. However, when he tried to claim these items, the staff quickly responded saying they were out of stock—fair enough, considering it was Thanksgiving week. But when he tried again three days later, the same response came. A week later, the situation hadn't changed, and the same message was sent. We asked for a refund and it was denied by them since supposedly by purchasing we agreed to their "No Refund Policy". What policy? Is this just a excuse to take our money? It has now been TWO MONTHS, and we’re still being told the same thing, with absolutely no progress or any refund. To make matters worse, the staff has completely shut off communication with us, leaving us in the dark. It's incredibly frustrating, especially knowing that we can't file a chargeback due to it being a Visa gift card purchase. I advise against buying from this website unless you want to risk getting scammed out of your hard earned money. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my son’s unfulfilled order, and I am still awaiting a resolution. I the website appears to be taken down, which seems to be due to Shopify taking it offline, possibly for violations or disputes. After taking a look at the Discord, it seems the staff, including the owner, are underaged, which is quite concerning about the legitimacy of the business. I kindly request an immediate refund for the order, as I have contacted you over 20 times without a response. Resolve this promptly.
