AustraliaBlizzard stands for low quality since 1999. Every year there's something fundamentally wrong with either their Battle.net launcher, or one of their games. Every time users have to go and either download and reinstall their game, or do a whole bunch of subtle operations to get everything Blizzard back to work again. Users have to anticipate for extreme waiting times when contacting customer support.
