I ordered an annual report. Billy charges the payment upfront and their software is not ready and under development? Super unprofessional? How can you charge your customer for a product that is not ready to sell? I will check any authority to report on this.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. Someone is always a quick chat away in both English and Danish. Using the App for receipts makes the build up to paying VAT and SKAT all the more easier. Invoicing is also a breeze, sending customized invoices and reminders. I also like that I can send clients their own portal so they can see what they have paid to date. There are so many perks, I simply cannot name them all. As an international with a business in Denmark, I have no interest in going elsewhere for my bookkeeping needs. I especially would like to thank Philip, Cecilie, Mikkel & Peter for their continued patience and support.
It's ok for the simples types of businesses, but once you need to do something slightly more complex you are funneled into never ending pay-for-feature. It claims to connect you with accountants who are specialized in this software but this is a non-existent feature.
Billy staff are generally patient and helpful, and respond in good time to both questions about the software and questions about general accounting. Melik in particular gave patient and helpful responses.
