They are a SCAM. I bought my TurboTax software from them; and it did work initially. When I had problems and couldn't reinstall it (i.e. invalid activation code error), I contacted TurboTax support. I was told by TurboTax support that BigHome Tax is NOT an authorized seller of their software. As such Intuit does not warranty the product if you buy it from them. In my case, when I initially downloaded the software for my Windows PC, it worked fine. When I tried to reinstall it, I was mysteriously licensed for the MAC version of the program. I don't own a MAC and never have. Although I can't prove it, it appears they resold my license number to someone else who has a MAC. NEVER buy from them ... Total scammer.

TurboTax Deluxe 2024 was easy to order and easy to download. Everything went off without a hitch, including e-filing. (Now, if they can just do something about the tax I needed to pay in...) I would be happy to order again from this vendor.
