SESEVery poor service, I ordered a frame with a specific measurement and they sent a wrong one, and they denied to take further actions. Customer service very bad.
SESESESEConvoluted returns process. The AI generated responses sucked and were frustrsting! Had to return to schenker service point, even though the return post was sold as being postnord. Return label took almost an hour to arrive, even though it was delivered by email. Won't recommend and will try everything to avoid shopping with BGA again where possible.
