I recently purchased one thing at their annual sale and it was fantastic experience! Staff were incredibly helpful and one of them assisted me with packing my purchase. A few days later, when I opened package, I realized that it was one of the best purchases I made in the past year! Their customer service was exceptional, and I learned that if I encountered any issues they would promptly send me necessary parts for free express delivery. To be honest, I occasionally buy something from Better Music, and I always enjoy it. This definitely one of the best music stores in Australia! I bought a protective case and their expert explained me advantges and disadvantages of the case I was considering without any pressure to make a purchase. I recently purchased a Roland VAD706 at their annual sale, and the whole experience was great! Except for a little bit of chaos when the doors opened... They were very helpful, and a staff member helped me pack the car. As I was driving home, they rang me to let me know that I had forgotten the floor tom, which was an excellent observation on their part. A few days later, when I unpacked the kit, I realised I had left the power cord and that they had forgotten to give me the parts that were originally in the box. So, I gave them a ring to let them know. Their customer support was excellent, and right away, the head of the drum department shipped me the parts that were missing with express delivery at no extra cost. Every now and then, I purchase a few things at Better Music and have always had a smooth experience. They are certainly one of the best music stores in Australia!
