No delivery or information for 2 straight planned evenings and apparently there was some "unknown issue" with the order. Wanted to cancel due to no availability, got a rescheduling as a counter-offer but closed the chat while I was typing my answer. Will not use Best again.

This is second time something is being delivered by Best for me , they are the worst delivery service out there , both time they reschedule several days and still i have not got my delivery.
