United KingdomI paid over £700 for a hair extensions course and 8 weeks late have not received my certificate. The tutor on the day did not teach the methods I paid for and when I questioned this she lied and said she had taught them...then later I found out she had not...from Belle Academy themselves! They offered no refund, apology and have still not sent my certificate. The entire experience was a joke. They tell you to video the tutor doing one section of hair and then expect you to learn it at home. The tutor was more concerned with telling the students about her life and rushing the methods. The company are money centred and ask for extra money on the day to pay for a colour wheel...when it is supposed to be included. I could go on..the course is a shambles and they need to be reported. Do not use this company if you want proper training / your certificate!

I learned tape-in and keratin bond application techniques, along with proper removal methods and color matching and so much more for clients. The instructor was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, providing clear demonstrations and giving each of us individual attention throughout the training. I appreciated that we got substantial hands-on practice working on both mannequins and live models, which really built my confidence. The course included a comprehensive kit with all the tools I needed, a detailed manual I still reference, and a certificate upon completion. What I valued most was the ongoing support offered after the training—I could reach out with questions as I started working with real clients. After completing the program, I felt genuinely prepared to offer hair extension services professionally, though I'd recommend having some basic styling experience first to get the most out of it. The investment was reasonable considering everything included, and I'd definitely recommend this training to other stylists looking to expand their services. Overall, it was exactly what I needed to confidently add extensions to my salon offering
