GBGBGBGBI paid over £700 for a hair extensions course and 8 weeks late have not received my certificate. The tutor on the day did not teach the methods I paid for and when I questioned this she lied and said she had taught them...then later I found out she had not...from Belle Academy themselves! They offered no refund, apology and have still not sent my certificate. The entire experience was a joke. They tell you to video the tutor doing one section of hair and then expect you to learn it at home. The tutor was more concerned with telling the students about her life and rushing the methods. The company are money centred and ask for extra money on the day to pay for a colour wheel...when it is supposed to be included. I could go on..the course is a shambles and they need to be reported. Do not use this company if you want proper training / your certificate!
