BelgiumVery disappointed with the client service. First time and last time I am ordering from this company. Already 2 weeks past since I placed the order, that according to the client service was supposed to reach me in 2 days. Neither the package arrived nor any kind of information. Was trying to contact them few times, but they don't answer. Makes me mad, because it was an order for a surprise present too...
United KingdomLike others have said UK buyers beware. They have a great selection at good prices and their shipping costs appear reasonable until you get hit with the UPS fees. I ordered about £102 worth of beer including shipping and tax but then UPS wanted to add £17 tax despite already having paid at source and then a mysterious £34 handling fees. That meant I was paying 50% costs over the advertised price. I don’t recommend using these people until they sort out their costs with UPS who are a nightmare to deal with.
United KingdomAdditional duty and admin costs for ex-EU shipments advised as a possibility in Terms and Conditions - I didn't think to check. Bottom line is that after paying about £5 per 33cl bottle. I'll not be buying from them again. For EU customers prices are good.
