Bought a Beko dishwasher on the 25/10/25, ran a cycle and the display showed a flashing number and then noticed water pouring from the bottom of the machine. Contacted customer support and spoke with a representative who immediately raised the concern and furnished me with an “uplift number” in order for me to go to Currys and get a replacement dishwasher. Thinking this couldn’t happen again, I ordered another Beko dishwasher which was duly delivered on the 30/10/25. How wrong I was!! Again this machine showed a fault on the display and again ejected water from the bottom of the machine. Contact with customer support this time was less than satisfactory, the representative insisted that an engineer come out to see what the fault is and depending on his report would guide what resolution there would be. The engineer is booked for 03/11/25. To say that I felt that I wasn’t being believed is an understatement and there was no alternative to the problem other than an engineer visit. I stressed to the representative that I will not be happy if the machine is repaired as I no longer have confidence in the Beko make. I have since sent a formal complaint to Beko regarding this and await a reply. To add insult to injury, these machines were placed in my brand new kitchen and the spillage of water has left water marks on the new kitchen cabinet plinths. So, no, at the moment I would not recommend Beko appliances even if my complaint is upheld.**since writing this, I went to Currys who were more than happy for me to exchange the Beko for a Bosch (paying the difference), engineer has been cancelled. I’m leaving my complaint live as there’s still the matter of water damage to be rectified. All I can say is the service from Curry’s has been exceptional, 10 stars for them. A Beko appliance will never pass my threshold again.
