FranceThe customer service was excellent, the result was not thus far through through no fault of Beev. Leo Chaput did an exceptional job of guiding me through the initial processes. He was knowledgeable and much more engaged than traditional dealerships. The downside is Beev is you cannot test drive the cars and you are at the mercy of financial institutions that are archaic in France. Needing to print out documents to fill them out by hand and having the famous "it is not possible' attitude that is quite contagious here.
