I had a mixed experience with Bedrock Computers. I feel I ended up with a PC with a decent specification for the price paid, but I experienced a longer than expected delivery time (ordered 18th March, delivered 2nd April) and the majority of the components in the build (case, CPU, motherboard, GPU) were different to the ones ordered. Communication to resolve the issues and queries I had (different components, non-configured drive, a blocked USB port) post delivery was very quick and supportive, but pre-delivery communication on the delivery date and component swaps could have been much better.
Highly recommend! They went out of their way to ensure that the PC I ordered for my daughter arrived quickly in time for her birthday. Communication has been excellent and very happy with the quality of the PC.
They did great delivering it and it really easy to set up! It did take a bit longer than what it should have been and they swapped a few parts but they evened it out and kept giving us updates so overall it was a great experience!
I had high hopes with bedrock as of the positive reviews however I’ve seen very bad ones but I put my faith in them and bit the bullet and purchased a gaming computer funnily enough exactly same one Charlie him self uses to game on so I must have good taste but unfortunately was quoted a week for the computer to be done and delivered took round 2 weeks not great on communication once it finally arrived the slot for the hdmi slots go in wasn’t aligned and enough though I know they not operational as it’s a gaming computer still looks scruffy then we go to the fans we have the computer on for what maybe an hour and could smell burning we too the hard shell off only to discover the wires had melted on eachother and we reported the issue and thankfully Charlie himself rang us and put this issue straight but sadly I feel what he said to us wasn’t reciprocated to his team as Tom was still asking about fans days laters after Charlie rang up then eventually sent the fans out and sadly they not the same rainbow votex effect that they originally had which is a shame as that was the main reason I bough this computer as I liked the look at it and just feel it was extremely bad experience especially spending £900 on something that had issues after issues after issues I was looking to buy the same computer for my husband but I’m very hesitant now as I don’t wanna go through the same traumatic experience I had to with this computer Since these corrections further issues have happened no game will even run on the console and now was told weeks ago the processor needs upgraded and the the cpu which Charlie didn’t explained as he said we have the latest processor which when doing research it isn’t the case also someone from his team said Charlie himself would contact us directly which hasn’t happened sounds like they don’t care much about there customers just as the customer service isn’t great and communication is shocking so this review will stay this time as Charlie tried to make me take the original bad review down this won’t be taken down as it’s a honest representation of how bedrock computers operate
