DEDEI placed my order on June 6, paid immediately, and after weeks of waiting my order still has not been shipped. The order status has remained unchanged the entire time.The worst part is that customer support simply ignores customers. I sent multiple emails asking for an update and received absolutely no response. Not even an automatic follow-up or a basic explanation.Keeping a customer's money for weeks while providing zero communication is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, be honest and say so. Ignoring customers is disrespectful and unprofessional.I now have to involve PayPal to protect my money because this company has left me with no confidence that they intend to resolve the issue.This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never order from Beautywelt again and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company.
