DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR THEIR MISTAKES, THEY SENT ME AN INCORRECT PRODUCT I RETURNED IN FEBRUARY 2025, THEY ADVISED RETURN RECEIVED AS EXPECTED BUT STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Sent me a sub standard guitar which was unplayable. Item has been returned and they’ve had it for ages and not refunded my money at all. Ignored emails to customer services. Have had to open a chargeback request with the bank to get my money back. Awful company, awful service, total lack of integrity.

I advise anyone who has not received goods which cost more than £200 and were paid for by credit card to contact your bank for a refund
