Dog shit products from quality to service and support, they act like retarded monkeys for 28 days until I send letter from lawyer where I claim if they don’t come I will get money back by the law. (I have 2 kids one 3 years and one 10 months and retards let’s me more than a month (including repair not only waiting)to fix that garbage what they sell and all of you know how much you have to clean daily after 2 small kids). After that letter they come in 2 days and immediately the have parts, and before that I waited for almost 4 weeks because all time they claimed they don’t have parts in lager. Wash machine stop to work after approximately 8 months what is joke, I have one more from Samsung in my motherland and that one work now for more than 8 years without any problems, never ever anything happened not even some error and this garbage didn’t even last just little bit more than half year. I totally not recommend anyone this product or anything from this company, it will just take your precious time and nerves, all the best to all people who will read this and skip this products.

By far the worst device i ever bought in Switzerland. Its a Tiefkühlschrank . My previous one lived more than 10 years. This one was broken/kaput after 2 years. The worst is the customer support. We want an offer, a guy from the support came took him 5 seconds, to say the fix will be more expensive than a new one. And they charged us 190 CHF, for these 5 seconds. For transportation and time. Without declaring this in the beginning. Having minimum to charge for just getting offer for the fix is crazy, i never had this with any brand before. I would never buy Bauknecht again.
I bought a dishwasher (BAUKNECHT BCIO 3T341 PLET) in May 2024 via MediaMarkt online shop. The delivery and the installation went smoothly. On Sept 15, I reached out to the service team as the DOOR LATCH did not return to its place after the cycle ended. Having received no reply, I called the service hotline. A very nice and helpful agent helped me how to fix that, as it seems now, this looks like a known issue. The resolution proposed was to slam the door against the dishwasher causing the latch to go back to its place using blunt force. Since then, this has happened a few more times. Now, in early November, this happens at least once a week! We wash dishes every day at least once. I suspect that this latch will break as soon as the guarantee expires. I reached out a few more times via email, again without a reply.
