GBGBI ordered a 1200mm sliding shower door, incorrectly assembled (my fault) but the instructions only show a door on the right opening to the left (I need a door opening on the left which slides right). However, despite watching the YouTube video on assembly, when I used an electric drill all the screws disintegrated so I couldn’t unscrew them. I flagged this to Bathroom Mountain to say it was disappointing the screws were all soft but could I rebuy the 4 elements of the frame. Their customer service said they only sell whole sets. Extremely disappointing, especially given I would’ve used my own screws had I known they were of poor quality. I think it’s an absolute con to not provide any solution for a customer willing to accept their mistake and pay to fix it, apart from ‘buy a new set’, 90% I won’t need, is a waste and I will need to dispose of it! Very frustrating and disappointing.

GBGBLove this mirrored cabinet, adds a real elegance to my bathroom. There is a good amount of storage inside the cabinet, three levels of light that I also use as an alternative to the ceiling lights. Really happy.
GBGBI had an issue with a product as it was broke after a couple months of use and they didn’t quibble about sending a replacement Khadija was really good at responding and helped me with all my questions! I highly recommend bathroom mountain!
