poor customer service. This is a shame since i have found the company, including their partner business Tile mountain, to be reliable supplierUnfortunately now that there was a problem with the quality of the item supplied, i experienced foot dragging and finally after a 9 day wait they palmed me off with a disclaimer which was based on unverified assumptions Their decision is strange if one considers that the defective part ( a plastic cap) would have cost just a few£ to replace! My advice to anyone considering dealing with these businesses is just bear in mind that they may be slightly cheaper than the competition, not always i should add, but it's better to deal with a trader that has a high street presence.

Really good product range to suit different budgets. High quality items which all arrived well packaged and in good order. Delivery was also very fast. We are really pleased with the quality of the items we ordered online (shower/shower screen/shower tray/vanity & basin/toilet/tall boy) and can recommend this company.
