NetherlandsCustomer service is very bad. Currently have a item returned and waiting for a exchange. According to the delivery service it has been returned to Barons a week ago. Trying to get in touch with the customer support but zero to little response. No clear information about either my return or the exchange item.
GermanyI am very disappointed regarding the refund of my returns. According to DHL they have arrived already two weeks ago but the customer service did not even respond to my claim. Under these circunstances not recommended at all.
