GermanyIt looks like Fraud - we ordered a lot off stuff, payed it, and now waiting for weeks to get our stuff delivered. We wrote a lot of mails ang get no response , neither the stuff! Keep your fingers away from tgis!
PortugalI placed an order almost 2 months ago spending 1000 euro including shipping. They have said twice that the order has been shipped and should have been already delivered but never shared any tracking information or proof of shipment. i've been emailing and calling them repeatedly for 6 weeks but they don't answer. I think this company might be a scam and I am worried about losing all my money.
United StatesI was initially told my order would arrive within 3-4 days, but I ended up waiting over two weeks. Every time I asked for an update, they assured me the delivery would happen the next day—this happened three times in a row, making me stay home unnecessarily. When the order finally arrived, it was the completely wrong product and size. I tried contacting the company multiple times by phone and email to resolve the issue, but they ignored all my attempts. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I strongly advise against buying from this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
Netherlands- first I placed an order which they never sent - then after 20x calling they promissed to sent the order - then I asked to update the order with two extra screens - then they sent an email saying: have faith, we will sent your order somewhere next week - then they fiiiiinally sent the order, without the extra rolls - then they sent me an invoice and payment link for the extra rolls. - then they charged me extra transport costs for the extra rolls - at last when I wanted to make another order, they disapeared in silence... This took about 4 weeks. One star is even too much. Go to the competition.
