AUAUI've been waiting over a month and a half for my order to be shipped and still haven't received any shipping details or updates. The delivery estimate said 2–6 days, which feels pretty misleading considering how long it's been. From what I've seen, it doesn't seem like I'm the only person having this issue. The item I ordered was listed as in stock, but when I emailed after 3 weeks of still not receiving any details, I was told there were delays with orders. To be honest, this isn't acceptable. I still have no idea when my order will be shipped or how much longer I'll be waiting.
GBGBI purchased an item on the 18th November, with a 2-4 day delivery time advertised, for my daughter's Christmas gift. As of 30th December I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have one very disappointed child. Contacted AYA-S who confirmed the package left their warehouse on the 22nd December then blamed the carrier for the delay!!!! No empathy for missed Christmas deadline and consequences of this. Will NOT use again.
