Not happy with most of the services the staff are nice until it comes to paying for private services and you come to a dead end… Poor services in general and was glad to leave!

I was astounded and annoyed when calling the admin telephone number to be asked a sensitive security over and over again when I specifically asked that this one question be removed from my profile, I expect I complained at least 10 times, it took some 12 months or more for someone to realise my complaint had to be addressed.
I feel the process of having appointment with specialist is so difficult . EmailAXA first get the referral letter then take it to gp for filling and signing too long process . GP doesn’t have that much time to fill the letter .
Conditions for payment were laid out clearly in my policy and agreement to honour my claim was made quickly over the phone.
