Ordered 4 cat felpreva tablets, a years worth for my cat, (no vet prescription needed!) when they arrived, they all had an expiry date if only 7 months so two of the tablets were unusable and would have been out of date by the time they needed administering. Contacted company, no help, no refund, no replacement no postage paid back to Australia if I returned them. Rubbish customer care.

Delivery took 2 weeks, also I had to pay €10 custom fee to PostNL for a purchase of €39 (NexGard Spectra Chewable Tablets for Dogs). So, eventually the item came to me for €49, which coats higher than the random petshop retail price. I could have just go one of them and buy right away, I waited for 2 weeks for nothing. Stay away from them. They ship items from Singapore and you will face a very long delivery and a custom fee

It takes way too long for products to be delivered, and in that time, you might as well just go somehwhere else. I still have not received what I ordered despite paying for premium delivery which clear makes no difference to the delivery time.

I ordered 13/6 and they arrived in France today 24/6 so I find that a very reasonable delay. Me happy!
