My first experience with Argos insurance has been excellent. The portal is easy to navigate and having access to vet assistance for advice or one of the agents on the Helpdesk makes it a really good service. I had missed a message from Argos and it could have delayed surgery, as soon as I noticed this I called the Helpdesk and the representative was excellent, she updated the records with the info they needed, processed the claim and then followed up with my vet allowing my dogs operation to go ahead the next morning. Highly recommend.

I’m happy that the claim was settled quickly but the online portal is a nightmare to use. Part of the security process is that a one time passcode is sent by email to proceed onto the portal. The problem is the email doesn’t arrive with the code immediately or more importantly within the 60 seconds that you are given to type the code into the portal. Viscious circle begins🤬

First time we’ve ever had to claim for our dog and it was simple to do this online with Argos. Received follow up email’s and everything was sorted within a few days. Great service.
