Not a real review service! Dodgy to say the least. They dont publish negative reviews as they get paid by the laywers. Asking for confirmation for my "Mandatsverhaeltniss mit RA Florian Kersten" and ignoring my reply with the requested proof completely.

On September 7, 2024, I registered for the “short consultation up to 30 minutes” package through Anwalt.De for 69 Euros. I submitted my query to Attorney Pinar Avsar-Birner via the platform, but I received no response for several days. I then contacted her by phone, and we had a 30-minute phone consultation. However, I was later sent an invoice for 150 Euros. I discussed the matter with both Attorney Pinar Avsar-Birner and Anwalt.De. Attorney Pinar Avsar-Birner stated that the consultation fee was 150 Euros and suggested I contact Anwalt.De. When I reached out to Anwalt.De, they mentioned that occasional system errors can occur. Unfortunately, I ended up being the one at a loss. Attorney Pinar Avsar-Birner did not inform me in advance about her independent fee from Anwalt.De, and Anwalt.De did not resolve the issue or offer any refund. As a result, I had to pay the 150 Euro invoice. I strongly advise anyone using Anwalt.De to proceed with caution. Always request a written fee agreement from the attorney beforehand to avoid unexpected charges.
