Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.

It didn’t take too long to receive the items I ordered, but it did feel a little sketchy in between waiting. I only received one strange looking email saying the order was placed and I’d be receiving an email with tracking. Never got that email.. I got an email on delivery day asking for my rating. I requested the tracking # and got a response very quick! And found out it was being delivered that day. Also, the website is a little difficult to find things, but unique with the items I needed.
