Our new 2024 Ram Promaster is equipped with 4 XL and 5 L kennels, each lined with a comfortable water and tear resistant kennel bed. Our van has been installed with a bed for the driver to eliminate the cost of hotel stays. This also increases safety, security and lessens the time away from your beloved pet(s). Stainless steel food and water bowls are provided, as well as bottled water. We also can provide dog and cat food but recommend sending their regular food to keep them on their current diet. During transport, you can expect to receive photos/videos, well-being and location updates at least twice a day. I transported an almost 5 month old puppy to someone in VA from near Knoxville,TN. This couple were superb on all aspects. I pick this transport company mainly because the owns/operator are both veteran also their web page doesn’t indicate that. That was my defining moment in selecting this transport company. I couldn’t be more delighted in the whole process with them.
It was scary to send our sweet dog across the country with strangers, but Chris and his wife were so friendly. Our dog traveled from Arizona to North Carolina. I really appreciated the twice daily updates and videos. I knew that our dog was in great hands. They also made great time and I felt like I knew what was going on the entire journey. Thank you so much for such a great experience! If we were to do it again, we would hire them once more.
