Alpha Team Animal Transport specializes in transporting pets nationwide and internationally to and from the US. Our customer service is top-notch from start to finish with quick communication and customizable pricing for either shared rides or our VIP services. Our dedicated driver, Chris is highly experienced with both dogs and cats with over 200 successful pet transports. Our new 2024 Ram Promaster is equipped with 4 XL and 5 L kennels, each lined with a comfortable water and tear resistant kennel bed. Our van has been installed with a bed for the driver to eliminate the cost of hotel stays. This also increases safety, security and lessens the time away from your beloved pet(s). Stainless steel food and water bowls are provided, as well as bottled water. We also can provide dog and cat food but recommend sending their regular food to keep them on their current diet. During transport, you can expect to receive photos/videos, well-being and location updates at least twice a day. Alpha Team Animal Transport has been our exclusive transportation provider for the last several years. We met Alpha Team after our previous transporter went missing with one of our dogs for over two weeks on what should have been a six-hour transport. Elysia does an amazing job managing our requests, advising us of timelines, and coordinating/communicating with our adopters. Chris is always on time for pick-up and delivery, often spending extra time with our adopters while they introduce the new dog to any existing pets. Together they make an amazing team! When Alpha Team commits, the job gets done without exception, excuses, or delay. Their prices are in line with the industry norm, and their level of customer service and compassion for our dogs is phenomenal. As a volunteer for our Rescue, I appreciate that a single call to Alpha Team and our dogs are well taken care of.
