CACAI bought their electric screwdriver, and while I was using it the first time, only applying a little pressure, the bit went right through the housing and got lodged inside the body, with no way to get it out. It's totally useless now after not even getting a single use out of it. I reached out to them directly on the form on their website, but got no response. I emailed them pictures and everything too. It's been about a month since I first reached out, and still no response. Not a quality product and non-existent customer support. Be careful buying from them.
