Easy no hassle

I've been buying from all-wall for years with no problems and have been pretty satisfied. several months ago i ordered a part and didn't realize it was for a newer model flat box. I got a RMA to return part and get a refund once they received part. I sent part back and according to tracking service part was received 3/25/25. As of today (4/17/25) still waiting to be refunded. Not sure if all returns/refunds take this long.
