I want to share an important aspect that is not visible in most reviews.That is because prices are fair and delivery time is ok – so if everything goes well, you’ll be happy. The problem begins if the product arrives defective, as in my case or if any fault covered by the company’s warranty arises later. What followed was an exhausting and frustrating experience. Agrieuro did not offer a replacement or refund as they should have by law when a client receives a defective product. They instead asked me to bring the quad to a repair garage or set up for a pickup delivery in which case they demanded that I repack the product exactly as it arrived. This is completely unreasonable for a private customer, as the product had to be assembled upon delivery and cannot be returned to its original packaging. I did, however, pack it securely on a pallet, with cardboard and bubble wrap, as instructed, and at my own expense (including straps and packing materials). I was promised that my ratchet straps would be returned, but they were not – they were simply taken. When the product finally came back, it was in worse packaging than what I had sent, the same defect was still there, and essentially nothing had been fixed. Months have now gone by (15/5/2025 - 02/09/2025 and counting), I still cannot properly use the product I paid for, and Agrieuro refuses to take responsibility. They have ignored my repeated requests for either a refund, a replacement, or at the very least, compensation for the wasted time and costs. In summary: if you’re lucky and everything works, you’ll be satisfied. But if something goes wrong, be prepared for a long and frustrating battle. *post agrieuro response update: I find it curious that agrieuro took the time to respond to the review on Trustpilot, but have yet to follow up on my ticket. Still waiting for pickup with a perfectly self packed quad.

I ordered a rotary tiller which arrived with leaking engine oil. I send a video of the problem and a detailed description. Since 3 month the reclamation is played around the agrieuro organisation: different people respond and play on the ball with promises "Technicians will contact you", "Decision soon" - nothing happens. Internally information is not passed on. Asking for information which has already been delivered. I do have the impression that internally a "hot potato" is passed around and nobody wants to take responsibility. Comment on the response of AgriEuro: I leave it to the reader to judge concerning the open request - all the information had been send to service interfaces ( Mrs. "E.G." and M. "M.G"). Virtually none of the e -mails or the attached information and videos have found their way into the internal dossier, which was send to me July 9th, more than two month after the complaint . Here the dates of the e-mails 24. April, 28th April 29. April, 30th April, 4th May,. 5th May , 7th MAy , 8th May, 28th May, 30th June , 7. July, 9th July, 16th July ....so far, nothing has happened. Tomorrow three months will have passed.

Great Machine, Disgraceful Customer Service — Buyer Beware I purchased the EuroMech HO 35 C from AgriEuro. The machine itself has been excellent — solid build quality and great performance. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. When the strimmer head locked solid, I contacted AgriEuro for support. A month later, I’m still waiting. No spare part. No replacement. No useful communication. Just automated emails and silence. Their customer service is beyond poor — and it’s no isolated case. A quick look at other reviews confirms that slow, unhelpful, and dismissive after-sales support is a recurring issue with this company. It’s outrageous that a good product is being let down by a company that appears completely indifferent to its customers once payment is taken. If you’re considering a purchase, think very carefully about what happens if something goes wrong. A shame — because the kit deserves better. PS: I note your reply below. It sounds really good except nothing has been done to help me more than one month after asking for assistance. This is pure disinformation.

I ordered a whirlpool from Intex from this company with order nr 3324520 from the Spanish website They wrote a few weeks ago that this order is in delivery, I never got any tracking nr and is impossible to get in contact with them( chat from them is robot talk ) it’s now Monday and if I don’t get any reply from them by this Thursday I will contact PayPal and will ask my money back
