Constantly getting calls from Aged Care decisions to change providers. I explain that I am not interested in changing but refer my number to providers anyway. My phone rings non stop from other providers so Aged Care decisions get the referral payment. I requested to speak to Tracey and the staff will only put you through if you are interested in changing providers.
