United KingdomDO NOT RENT FROM SPACE BUSINESS CENTRE!!! Having rented a number of units over many many years. We had to vacate due to covid At the end of March We emailed the asked for one month notice in writing. PLUS gave verbal confirmation of leaving to Toni the site manager just before she left on furlough. We left the unit clean and in excellent condition and put the keys with a note through Toni’s Closed office letter box. That was at the end of April. Toni and The management Of space business have refused to repay our £1000 deposit on the grounds that Toni didn’t return To work till June and as we didnt date the note we left with the key we should still pay rent till June. So no refund! AT ALL !!! Do Not trust these people they are unprofessional CROOKS! We called management about this problem and they have IGNORED our complaint. It is now November

Any issues should they arise you can be assured that they are going to be managed and dealt with little impact on your buisness. This was very refreshing for us as we have had some bad experiences in the past.
