At the phone call I agreed to switch from another operator because A1 offered better service and tariffs. When they sent a contract to sign there were different terms, conditions and tariffs then offered earlier. Probably they didn’t think anyone would read before signing. It’s really annoying and disappointing. I will not consider signing with A1 anymore.

I have been using their services for the past 15 years or so. This is a review of customer service, for unprofessional and discourteous communication with the client. It is also a message to the company’s management – addressing clients in an inappropriately familiar tone does not make the interaction friendlier; it creates a false sense of closeness and shows a lack of respect. Even after I explicitly pointed out that this manner of address was unwelcome, they persisted in the same tone, which only reinforced the impression of disrespect.
