Easy and Efficient.
The customer service is the worst. I have spent two days now just trying to speak to someone. I paid extra for a really special parcel (it's a magazine about all the guests which I want to give out at my wedding day!). It has taken me over a year and I employed a graphic designer. I paid extra to have it sooner, but it still hasn't been shipped. There are just 2 and a half days left and I am very concerned. If I could talk to someone that would be better, but it's just a robochat. This is a nightmare. I wish I went with someone who had customer service. UPDATE: To reply to the message below, you are not available for any further contact. That is exactly the problem. I still haven't received the parcel, but at least I can talk to GLS. They pick up the phone and help.
After I designed my flyer in Canva, I used 360imprimir to print the flyer. The process to upload my design was straightforward and just for precaution I paid the service 360imprimir to double check if any errors. It's a must because misleading written errors can happen and it always better to have another pair of eyes checking. The final design printing was amazing. Just top...colors, letters and images...
