Great price but very poor process and poor customer support. The simple process of sending me a subscription licence code to activate my chosen security software was complicated by having to validate my phone number via an SMS code. Tried numerous times and never received any code, was then blocked due to too many attempts and couldnt activate the product. Customer support solution was to just try again! Cancelled order and awaiting refund, will not use again.

Answered query quickly and offered lots of support, although I did not need it, it was reassuring

Found easily in search, navigated site to complete payment very easy, plenty of finanancial options, extremely quick to acknowledge with contacts if struggling to setup your new software. What more could you ask for?
